4. NonDisclosure Agreements (NDAs)

3D Printed LLC understands that many projects contain confidential, proprietary, or prepatented information. For this reason, we offer customers the ability to work under an NDA to enhance confidentiality protections beyond our standard privacy practices.

Types of NDAs Available

A) Standard Mutual NDA

  • Covers both your information and any confidential communication from 3D Printed LLC

  • Ideal for businesses sharing files, IP, or earlystage concepts

  • Signed electronically upon request

B) OneWay (Unilateral) NDA

  • Protects your confidential information only

  • Used when you need us to receive and handle sensitive files under strict confidentiality

C) CustomerProvided NDA (We Sign Yours)

  • You may supply your own NDA template

  • We will review and sign as long as the terms align with our operational capabilities

5. What NDAs Cover

  • Uploaded design files and CAD models

  • Technical drawings, proprietary measurements, internal documents

  • Product concepts, prototypes, and R&D information

  • Trade secrets, formulas, or prepatent materials

  • Any communications or attachments related to the project

Under an active NDA, your information is:

  • Kept confidential

  • Shared only with essential production personnel

  • Never used for training, marketing, demonstrations, or portfolio purposes

  • Stored securely and deleted upon request or per NDA terms

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information and design files. Access is limited to authorized team members directly involved in fulfilling your order.

For NDAprotected projects, enhanced handling procedures apply, including:

  • Restricted folder access

  • Isolated project notes

  • No external sharing without written approval

  • Optional file deletion upon project completion


 

7. Your Rights

You may request:

  • Access to your stored information

  • Corrections to your account or project data

  • Deletion of files or personal data

  • NDA documentation or confirmation of confidentiality status

8. ThirdParty Services

We may use secure thirdparty tools such as:

Data Sharing
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
3D PRINTED Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, any promotion of your products/services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at brandon@3dprintedmn.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
