These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 3D Printed LLC website and any services, products, or custom manufacturing provided by 3D Printed LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Services

3D Printed LLC provides custom 3D printing, prototyping, and small‑batch manufacturing services. All products are made to order based on customer‑supplied files, specifications, or approved designs.

Due to the custom nature of our services, final products may vary slightly from digital models or previews.

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting files, specifications, or design requests, you represent that:

• You own the rights to the submitted materials or

• You have permission from the rights holder to use them

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs are accurate, complete, and suitable for their intended use. 3D Printed LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete files or instructions.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, files, models, or concepts provided by customers remain the intellectual property of the customer or their respective owner.
3D Printed LLC does not claim ownership of customer‑supplied intellectual property.

Any original designs, processes, or materials created by 3D Printed LLC remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All pricing is provided based on current material costs, labor, and machine time. Prices are subject to change until payment is received.

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

5. Custom Manufacturing & No Returns

Due to the customized and made‑to‑order nature of 3D printing services:

• All sales are final

• Returns or refunds are not offered once production has started

If a product is defective due to a manufacturing error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

6. Intended Use & No Warranties

Products produced by 3D Printed LLC are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not responsible for:

• Product misuse

• Improper installation

• Use in safety‑critical, medical, aerospace, or regulated applications unless explicitly agreed to in writing

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended use.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Printed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

 

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or services. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at our discretion.

 

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
