Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy — Short Version This Booking Policy applies to all consultations and appointments scheduled with 3D Printed LLC. By booking, you agree to this Policy and to the Company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Bookings are used to review project details, evaluate files, discuss feasibility, and prepare quotes. A booking does not guarantee project acceptance or production timelines. Clients must provide accurate contact information and supply any required design files before the appointment. If files are not provided when requested, the appointment may be limited in value or may be canceled. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to twelve hours before the appointment. Cancellations within twelve hours are considered late, and failure to attend or respond within ten minutes of the scheduled time is considered a no‑show. The Company may restrict future scheduling or require prepayment after repeated late cancellations or no‑shows. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment time and may be treated as a no‑show if more than ten minutes late. The Company may cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary and will provide notice when possible. Fees for paid bookings are non‑refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by the Company. Files shared for bookings are handled according to the Company’s Privacy Policy and used only for evaluation and quoting purposes. Bookings are provided without warranties of any kind. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from or related to a booking. This Policy may be updated at any time, and the version published on our website will apply. This Policy is governed by Minnesota law.
